A school district that is all about stability will be undergoing a major change at the end of this week. That's when Prattsburgh Central School Superintendent Joe Rumsey will leave the district to take the same job at his alma mater, Bath-Haverling. Rumsey says it's a very bittersweet week for him.
Former district Superintendent and current Business Administrator Jeff Black will move back to the Superintendent's post, while Principal Kory Bay will be promoted to Assistant Superintendent. The district has hired former Hornell Principal Bob Codispoti as its interim Principal.
