A pair of local lawmakers are anxious to see what's spot lighted in Governor Andrew Cuomo's State of the State Speech Wednesday. Assemblyman Bob Oaks says Cuomo has created a positive climate in Albany.
Oaks hopes Cuomo will continue to focus on improving the business enviroment. Meantime State Senator Mike Nozzolio says Cuomo has helped stabilize both state government and the state budget.
