Fake Owls And Noise Being Used To Rid Geneva Of Crows

Crows are some of the smartest animals, so it can be difficult to get rid of them. Geneva City Manager Matt Horn recently spoke with us about the crow problem on the lakefront and downtown. He says they have a couple of methods to deal with the crows.
