2013 will see ground being broken for the new 3.3 Million dollar FLCC Viticulture Center at the Ag Tech Park in Geneva. New York Wine and Grape Foundation President Jim Trezise says it will be valuable training ground .
The center will include classroom space, wine making facilities and a reception area
