OSHA Investigating Victor Work Accident

OSHA has come in to investigate a work place accident that happened Wednesday in Victor. 36 year old Jeremy Bittner of Rochester was returning a fork lift to Swift Lift in Victor Wednesday Morning. The lift was on the back of a flat bed truck which was backed up to a loading dock. Some how Bittner became trapped between a wall and the 35-hundred pound forklift. It took 40 minutes to free him. He suffered injuries to his right leg and foot. As of Friday morning he was in Guarded Condition at Strong Memorial in Rochester.
