A 72 year old Clifton Springs man was arrested by Ontario Sheriff's Deputies Thursday afternoon after he allegedly threatened two men with a gun because they dumped snow in front of his Hibbard Avenue house.
Paul David Burnett allegedly pulled out a 9 millimeter handgun from its holster and told the men he'd shoot them. Burnett does have a New York State Pistol permit for the weapon. That gun and other firearms were secured by deputies. Burnett was charged with Menacing in Clifton Springs Village Court but released on his own recognizance. He'll answer to the charge at a later time. Orders of protection were issued on behalf of the other men.
