How to Adopt a Pet with the Finger Lakes SPCA of Central NY

A lot of people have pets. They become part of the family, and we love them like we do our parents and siblings. But if you'd like to adopt a cat or dog from the Finger Lakes SPCA of Central New York, Executive Director Carol Russell says the process now has changed.

Russell says the process takes two days.
