Geneva Town Supervisor Mary Luckern has never been a big fan of the Ontario County Landfill. On the Finger Lakes Morning News Friday, she was very critical of the smell that keeps wafting through the air.
Luckern says she has been satisfied with recent landfill runoff reports from the DEC.
