The Binghamton man who was shot in the leg earlier this month has died. Police say 37-year old Daniel Miley died of complications from the gunshot Thursday. Miley was shot in the area on Chapin Street early in the morning on December 9th. He was found nearby on Gerard Avenue and taken to Wilson Regional Medical Center.
