A pair of Ontario County Court cases on the docket for today have been adjourned until January 2nd .
17 Year old Jeremiah Acquilano of Bloomfield faces charges of criminally negligent homicide in the death of 19 year old Dyllon Brewster last May. Acquilano was reportedly driving a pickup truck May 31 in the Wishing Well Mobile Home Park with Brewster riding on the hood. Brewster fell off suffering a fatal head injury .
The other case involves the former Executive Director of the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center. 48 Year old Michael Cronin was arrested in August for allegedly embezzling more than 71-thousand dollars from the recreational facility.
