Welcome to Winter 2012-2013. We have a significant system making tracks for the Finger Lakes according to forecaster Kevin Williams that will make things interesting from tonight through the day tomorrow. Snow totals are expected to range from 3 to 6 inches on the low side to maybe 8 to 9 inches in higher spots. Kevin says accumulations are really a secondary concern , it's the wind that has his attention for tomorrow.
