Central New York receiving $93.8 million for economic development. The Auburn Citizen reports eight projects in Cayuga County will get $1.9 million. The projects include $412,500 to the City of Auburn for upgrades to Casey and Falcon Park, $100,000 to Currier Plastics for lean manufacturing enterprise training, $250,000 to Fair Haven for downtown rehabilitation, and 75,000 to Cayuga County to create an updated watershed management plan.
Last year, the county received $12 million for 12 projects.
