On 12/09/12 the Seneca Falls Police Department responded to the Seneca Falls Walmart Super Center for a report of several computers and numerous other items that had been stolen.
Seneca Falls Police obtained security footage of two males and one female exiting the store with the computers and numerous other items in a shopping cart. All three subjects left the store with out paying for all the items and then fled the area before Police arrived.
On 12/17/12 Security at the Walmart Super center observed the same three subjects from 12/09/12 walk into the store. Security called 911 and Seneca Falls Police were dispatched to the Walmart Super Center.
Once Police were on scene Security pointed out that one of the subjects has already left the store. One officer was posted at the front doors and the other officer viewed the security footage with Security. A short time later all three subjects were located in the parking lot.
All three subjects were taken into custody without incident. All three subjects were arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court. 27-year old Justin T. Jones and his 21-year old brother Joshua L. Jones both of Union Springs were committed to the SCCF on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond and are to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 12/21/12 at 1:00pm. 27-year old Brandy L. Lewis of Auburn was ROR'D and is to reappear on a later date.
