Holiday shopping has plateaued in New York since Black Friday weekend, according to Rebbeca Flach at the Retail Council of New York State.

Flach says shopkeepers by and large are confident about a strong finishing week.
Home electronics, including televisions, tablets and smartphones are the biggest movers this shopping season along with gift cards, affordable accessories, clothing, jewelry, books and toys.
