It's a sweet but chilling sight. At veterans cemeteries all over the country this Saturday volunteers by the hundreds will be taking part in Wreaths Across America a simple tribute where Christmas Wreaths are quietly placed at each grave. At the Sampson Cemetery near Ovid, Executive Director Bill Yale says this is the second season they have been involved.
