Call it a tale of two hospitals. John Bagenski is the Laboratory Director at Auburn Community Hospital, but he last worked at the hospital in Syracuse. Bagenski told Joe Salzone today on Finger Lakes News Radio about some similaritiries and differences between the two hospitals.
Bagenski says a key difference is customer service.
Bagenski has been the Laboratory Director in Auburn for over three years.
