A 21 year old Beaver Dams man has been arrested on burglary charges.
Jeffrey Besley was arreted by Schuyler County Sheriff's Deputies on the felony charge for allegedly entering the former Big M store in Montour Falls, which is currently vacant, and stealing copper plumbing pipes from the inside.
After being arraigned in Montour Falls village court, Besley was sent to county jail in lieu of bail.
