The 28th annual Starshine celebration in the village of Penn Yan takes place Friday. Committee member Deb Clancy tells us some of what you'll see in village Friday night.
Clancy says there'll be some special guests on hand as well.
Events for Starshine get underway throughout the village at 5:30 Friday night.
