A 24-year-old Auburn man will be registering as a sex offender. William Blake was in Cayuga County Court Tuesday morning. In front of a judge and D-A Jon Budelmann, Blake admitted to secretly videotaping a 16-year-old girl as she came out of the shower.
Blake, of 5879 Bluefield Road, told Judge Mark Fandrich, that he attached a small camera to her bathroom sink last year. Blake says he did so knowing she was underage.
In exchange for the guilty plea, Blake will be sentenced to shock probation -- and must register as a sex offender.
