The search continues for a new Skaneateles superintendent. The school board hopes to fill the spot by next July. Resident who responded to a survey said they want a superintendent who can inspire and has goals, who has a passion for teaching children, who listens well, and who considers all points of view. Interim Superintendent Judith Pastel told the board they should consider whether a permanent superintendent should live within the district.
Reportedly more than 70 people are being considered.
