For the 6th time in a year, the gravesite of a 12-year-old boy at St. Joseph Cemetary in Fleming was tampered with Monday morning. Sheriff David Gould says the repeat offenses are disgraceful.
Baxter Stenard Fritz died in November 2011 of an infection. Gould says his department will be patrolling the area more frequently. We also has a warning to anyone involved.
Fritz's grave has been the only victim of this repeated vandalization.
