Auburn City Manager Doug Selby is hard at work on getting the 2013 budget finished. Selby say they're facing an expected deficit next year of about $2 million.
Selby says they're trying to save money by streamlining operations and finding ways to enhance revenues, adding a deficit in this economic climate is not uncommon.
