Geneva General Pediatric Unit Will Honor Late CEO James Dooley

Former Finger Lakes Health CEO Jim Dooley passed away in March after suffering a heart attack while on vacation in Florida. They will be naming a new pediatric inpatient unit at Geneva General after him. Finger Lakes Health Foundation Executive Director Lara Turbide says the rooms will be designed to keep kids occupied and satisfied.
Dooley, a well known child advocate served as CEO of 33 years before retiring in 2010. The pediatric unit work is part of the 56-million dollar Journey to the Best renovation and expansion project.
