An Auburn teen was proud of his accomplishments, but they aren't exactly anything to brag about. In the span of a year, 17-year-old Chad Jennings developed a lengthy criminal record. He also once boasted during a pre-sentence report about his drug and alcohol abuse.
But now he's singing a different tune. Jennings appeared in Cayuga County court Thursday morning on charges he stole a car in July with Dillian McInthosh, who faced charges earlier this week. In court Jennings said he wants to kick his drug use when he's released from jail next year, and wants to remain on the right side of the law.
Jennings was sentenced to 6 months in Cayuga County jail.
