The Victor man accused of spitting at a Salvation Army bell-ringer at Eastview Mall was to have been in court today but a hearing in the case has been moved to next month. December 19th is now the date 57-year-old Bruce Littlejohn will see a judge.

He is said to have grabbed a kettle full of cash and coins and harassed the woman bell ringer before spitting at her face. He is charged with second-degree harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for the incident that happened on November 17.
