It's been a busy year for an Auburn teen. Between January and July of this year, Dillian McIntosh appeared in Cayuga County Court three times for three different crimes. He was 16 then.
He's 17 now, and now he's facing several months in jail. McIntosh appeared in court Tuesday morning for a car theft.
Judge Mark Fandrich sentenced McIntosh to 6 months in Cayuga County jail, and 5 years of probation. The car was stolen from M and R Towing and Recovery in Auburn. DA Jon Budelmann says he sympathizes with McIntosh's family history, but added he has to take responsibility.
