Assemblyman Gary Finch Says Congress Needs to Compromise

Newly re-elected Assemblyman Gary Finch, whose district includes Auburn, says the magic word in Washington should be compromisewhen it comes to solving tough problems.

Politicans and the media are talking a lot about the so-called fiscal cliff these days. Finch says Democrats and Republicans have a philosphical difference on how to resolve the financial mess, but will probably find a solution in the nick of time.

Congress has until December 31st to reach a compromise and avoid automatic tax increases.

The complete interview with Assemblyman Finch is now online here.
