If you live within the Seymour Public Library district, you'll have a chance to vote on hteir budget proposal next week. The budget includes a 3.9% tax levy increase, which would mean a yearly tax increase of $1.02 for a home valued at $100,000.
It would be the first budget increase since 2010. The overall budget would inch up 2%. Voters will make the decision December 4.
