Potter, Middlesex, Naples, Crystal Beach and Rushville firefighters were called to a reported structure fire at 6166 South Vine Valley Road Monday at around 11 a.m. When they arrived on scene of the Middlesex group home, firefighters spotted smoke and flames coming from an outside wall. All occupants of the home evacuated safely. Minor damage to the home's interior and exterior was reported. The cause remains under investigation.
