Yessman says for health reasons, some of the items should be donated new....

Items can be dropped off at the sheriff's office in Watkins Glen between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Donated items can also be dropped off at the Yates County Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Building on Main Street in Penn Yan between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. thru next Tuesday
