Sunday, Canandaigua Police arrested 39 year old Scott Allen of Canandaigua for unlawful surveillance in the second degree. That is a class E felony. Allen is accused of "surreptitiously video recording " a fifteen year old girl getting out of the shower in her home. Allen was sent to the Ontario County Jail awaiting arraignment in City Court.
