It's supposed to be a season of giving, but apparently not for a Victor man after he was arrested after allegedly spitting on a Salvation Army Bell Ringer at Eastview Mall Saturday afternoon. 57-year old Bruce Littlejohn was initially charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree and Disorderly Conduct. He was further charged with Resisting Arrest after refusing to cooperate with officers and physically resisting being taken into custody. He was arraigned in Victor Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5000 cash, $10,000 insurance bond. He is to reappear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
