A Broome County woman has been charged after hitting a child with a car. Police say 37-year old Brenda Hadlick had been babysitting 4-year old Kenzee Wheeler at a home Thursday at a Town of Windsor home. She was backing up in the driveway when she allegedly hit the little girl.
Wheeler was airlifted to Wilson Memorial Hospital where she died. Hadlick will be charged with criminally negligent homicide.
