Geneva City-Town Joint Sewer Service Project Fails To Get Money

It's a no-go. Geneva Town Supervisor Mary Luckern says Geneva City Manager Matt Horn has informed her that a joint City-Town application for state money for a joint sewer services project has been turned down.
