Baby Blake's Mom Thankful For Continuing Support

Baby Blake, the son of Tracey Purdy and Dean Simmons of Seneca Falls who had non-compaction cardiomyopathy, had a successful heart transplant surgery Friday morning. We spoke with Tracey later that morning, and she told us her friends and family have been very supportive.

                                                                                                                                                               

                                                                                                                                                              

Baby Blake has been staying at Mt. Sinani in NYC and Tracey told us she's been getting so much support from the nurses there.

There's also been an outpouring of support from community members and even families she doesn't know.

She says she has kept every envelope so she can send thank-you cards.

Baby Blake might be home by Christmas. Blake turns 3 months old today.
