Today's hearing for the Canandaigua Academy teacher accused of having a sexual contact with a 16 year old boy last Saturday in a South Main Street parking lot now been delayed until December 5th .
This gives 44 Lisa Footer of Manchester time to work with the lawyer she has just hired. Footer who taught Spanish at the high school is charged with third-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. She is on administrative leave at the school and is barred from being on school grounds.
