Today is Great American Smokeout

The American Cancer Society is marking the 37th Great American Smokeout today by encouraging smokers to make a plan to quit, or to plan in advance and quit smoking that day.  Helen Dunlap with the Tobacco Action Coalition of the Finger Lakes says one way a smoker increases their chances of quitting is by finding a group of people looking to do the same.
