Initial returns are showing pro dissolution forces in Lyons with a 569 to 524 lead as of late Tuesday night. We are told 99 absentee ballots have to be counted in the morning. Andrew DeWolf of One Lyons the group spearheading the vote for ending Village Government is upbeat.
