The executive director of the Cayuga Economic Development Agency is leaving his job. Terry Masterson has accepted a similar position out of state. Masterson has had his job since July 2010. He was taskedwith making the quality of life better in Cayuga County through job retention, expansion, and attraction.
Masterson begins his new gig December 5th.
