Be Careful Not to Have Stray Marks On Your Ballot

Ever since kindergarten you have been told to stay with in the lines. Seneca County Election Commissioner Ruth Same says the rule holds true for voting with an optical scan ballot. Fill in the oval nothing more, nothing less.

If the computer scans a stray mark, the ballot will be kicked out and you'd have to vote again.

Polls are open 6 am to 9pm  state wide Tuesday.
