The Geneva Police Drug Enforcement Unit had an early assignment today executing a narcotics search warrant at an apartment on Exchange Street around 6:30 this morning. Geneva City Police Lt. Eric Heieck tells us they have been monitoring the activities of reputed drug dealer- 28 year old Orlando Jose-Capo Alicea for quite a while.
Police seized a 2002 Mazda, over three grand worth of coke and 25 hundred dollars cash. Alicea who is on parole is currently charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree with more charges pending.
