23rd Congressional District candidate Democrat Nate Shinagawa has released a new television ad that started running this week on cable and broadcast channels throughout the district.
Shinagawa says the ad speaks to what he feels residents in the district have at stake in the election
Shinagawa will debate Incumbent Republican Congressman Tom Reed on Friday, October 26th at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
