Homeless Man Arrested After Selling Drugs In Geneva

A homeless man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after selling a variety of drugs in the City of Geneva. 34-year old Aneundi Rivera was arrested for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree after a several week long investigation by the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Geneva Police Department. That investigation revealed that Rivera has been selling crack cocaine, heroin and powdered cocaine in Geneva.

Rivera is on pre-trial release for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree and resisting arrest from a March 2012 investigation.

Rivera is held on $25,000 cash bail.
