The death four weeks ago of one year old Dieter Tackett the Second of Romulus is still listed as a death unknown . The toddler was found lying in the yard at his home the afternoon of Friday September 14th .
He was un- responsive. He was taken to Geneva General and then transfered to Strong where he died hours later. The initial investigation did not show any evidence of physical trauma.
Sheriff Jack Stenberg says they are waiting for lab results from the Monroe County Medicial Examiners office.
There have been no charges filed in the case
