2013 Yates Co. Preliminary Budget Numbers Not Good

It's not pretty.  That's what Yates County Administrator and Budget Officer Sarah Purdy has to say about the preliminary numbers associated with the 2013 county budget.  She says its important for residents to know the numbers out there now are not final in any way, shape or form.
