4th Ward Geneva City Council member Ken Camera says the City has to do a better job of sidewalk maintenance. He says two recent repair programs haven't gotten to the 100 or so worst spots around town. He says bumpy walkways are a public hazard. He has a simple standard to judge sidewalks.
