We received several inquiries last night about a helicopter flying around the village of Penn Yan for an extended period of time. The Yates Co Sheriff's Dept confirmed with us this morning it did not make a request at any time Monday night for a helicopter. We will continue to look into, but the helicopter was NOT part of any law enforcement investigation......
