Consider this a hard and fast rule. Don't send weed in the mail. Somebody else might get it and call the cops. The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 29 year old Angnem Green of Geneva for Attempted Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 1st degree Thursday . Seneca Falls Police Chief Stu Peenstra tells us a woman got a big box delivered Monday.
The package was sent from Arizona and was intended to be picked up by Green at the woman's home. Green was later tracked down in of Geneva and arrested. Peenstra says pot would have fetched a good price.
Green has been committed to the Seneca County jail without no bail. A Felony Hearing is scheduled in the Town of Junius Court for Tuesday night.
