Shinagawa on Lack of Farm Bill

With the nation's farm bill expiring September 30th, 23rd Congressional District candidate Nate Shinagawa says consumers could soon feel the impact at the grocery store.

Shinagawa says the impact on dairy farmers comes from the Milk Income Loss Contract.
