Reed on House's Failure to Vote on Farm Bill

When the calendar flipped from September to October, the federal fiscal year came to an end and the federal farm bill expired.  Congressman Tom Reed explains why the Senate passed their version, but House didn't vote.....

The Farm Bill is enacted every five to seven years and provides farm and food policy for America. The 2012 Farm Bill passed the Senate on June 21 by a bipartisan vote of 64 to 35, but it remains stalled in the House of Representa
